Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, which is why I offer a free initial telephone consultation before counselling begins.
This is an opportunity for us to have a friendly, informal conversation about what has brought you to counselling, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether I am the right therapist to support you. There is no obligation—simply a chance for us to get to know one another and help you decide if counselling feels right for you.

Standard Counselling Session
£45 – 50-minute session
Concessionary Counselling Session
£35 – 50-minute session
Concessionary sessions are available for:
- Students
- NHS staff
- Those in receipt of benefits
Proof of eligibility may be required.
I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, professional support, and I aim to make counselling as accessible as possible through my concessionary rates.
